How we frost our cakes steps:
after letting the cake cool on a wire rack we start by leveling the cake
next we half the cake to create its layers
setting that aside we mix our ingredients to make the frosting
now we are ready to assemble the cake by layering each slice of cake on top of another while filling each with the frosting
we then scrap off the excess to reveal a beautiful cake that can be seen beneath
to finish we chill our cake for a few minutes
When the cake leaves the fridge it is ready to be decorated. The decorations vary from swirls, blooms, fresh fruit, candy and chocolate. We also like to add drips with different kinds of ganache flavors before we sign off the cake with the same awesome glaze.
